As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales, recruitment, and business development, working with a supportive and motivated team.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, and our generous commission scheme will reward your hard work and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with new clients and understanding their needs
  • Developing a network of candidates through various sources, including advertising, job boards, and LinkedIn
  • Overseeing the recruitment cycle, from finding candidates to negotiating placements
  • Achieving sales targets and receiving incentives and bonuses
