Butler Rose Public Practice is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join their team in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of general bookkeeping tasks.
  • Produce monthly management accounts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Manage purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Enter data into Xero and Quickbooks Online.
  • Implement credit control procedures.
  • Provide training to junior staff members.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years' experience as a Bookkeeper/Senior Accounts Assistant in a UK-based accountancy practice.
  • Qualified or studying with a recognised qualification (AAT, ACCA, ACA).
  • Working knowledge of Xero is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
