We are seeking a talented IT Manager to join our client's team in Greenhithe, Kent. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for managing IT systems, including infrastructure, operations, communications, applications, and project delivery.

Job Description:
  • Manage and mentor IT staff, including appraisals and performance reviews
  • Develop and implement IT strategies, aligning with business objectives
  • Implement IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Manage IT security, protecting against cyber threats and data breaches
  • Maintain and update IT policies and procedures
  • Administer all IT systems and equipment, inclusive of mobile devices
  • Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They should also have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop IT staff.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' solid IT experience
  • Proven experience of managing a multi-faceted IT department
  • Experience managing and developing IT staff
  • Budget management experience
  • Knowledge of physical and virtual servers
  • Experience with cyber security / Anti-virus software / data backups
  • Experience creating IT policies and procedures
  • Experience carrying out Office 365 support and configuration
  • Experience supporting all hardware and software within a business
  • Excellent communication skills

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
