Revolutionizing Aircraft Manufacturing
The National Composites Centre Careers is at the forefront of Advanced Air Mobility and next-generation aircraft development programs. As an experienced Aerostructures Sector Engineer, you will collaborate to define customer needs, scope multi-disciplinary development tasks, and apply novel technology solutions to mature and deliver industrial readiness.
This role requires a technical expert who can ensure high levels of technical excellence and govern cross-capability, collaborative, and directed R&D projects within our £16m+ Aerostructures portfolio. You will support local sector strategies and steer internal initiatives that drive innovation and growth.
About the Role
- Provide technical expertise to support program development and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer needs and scope development tasks
- Apply novel technology solutions to mature and deliver industrial readiness
- Ensure high levels of technical excellence and governance across R&D projects
