Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Children and Young People Support Worker to join our care team. This role involves providing support to young people in a residential setting, helping them develop essential life skills and promoting their overall well-being.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support young people with daily living tasks and activities.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people and colleagues.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive living environment.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
  • It is recommended that applicants have access to a vehicle due to the remote location of the school.
