As a key member of the Zest Business Group, you will be responsible for building strong business relationships with customers in the independent optical market across South West England.

This role involves developing profitable growth in value and volume according to agreed targets. The successful candidate will represent the company in the designated territory, managing accounts and their agreed sales volumes, values, and product mix.

The ideal candidate will have previous B2B optical sales experience and the ability to work on own initiative to tight deadlines. They should also be able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities include winning new business through networking and cold-calling new accounts, maintaining and developing a customer and prospect database via cold calls and appointments, and responding to and following up sales enquiries by telephone and field visits.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45k per annum, with an excellent bonus scheme, company car, and range of additional benefits.
