As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, providing guided self-help therapy and parenting interventions.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Trainee Children's Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions in the community, working under close supervision to gain experience across healthcare and community settings. You will also be expected to actively engage with local communities and participate in training and group delivery.
Requirements- Undergraduate degree in Psychology or a related subject, or relevant professional experience in CYP Mental Health/Education/Mentorship
- Previous experience of working with children and young people
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
