Department: Supreme Facilities Ltd

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of Work: 12hr various shifts pattern, including days and nights, 7 days per week

We are seeking a Security Officer to be based on site at designated emergency accommodation sites for displaced peoples while the process of settlement is being reviewed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of all residents, objects, and the building, either in person or through security cameras.
  • Conduct regular building inspections, guard entry points, and verify visitors.
  • Respond to potential hazards, such as broken lights or doors, disturbances, lost persons, and minor injuries.
  • Secure the scene, summon emergency responders, help redirect foot traffic, and document incidents in serious emergencies.
  • Perform limited peace officer functions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Security Clearance Certificate (preferred).
  • SIA Front Line or SIA Door Supervision Licence.
  • English language proficiency.

Working Hours: 12 hour shifts, day and night shifts.

Language: English (required).
