Healthcare Assistant - Outpatients Role

Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare charity that prioritizes patient care. We're seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our Outpatients team as a Healthcare Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support healthcare professionals in various specialties, including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, and Neurosurgery.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, focusing on individualized attention and support.
  • Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Assist with procedures, such as wound care and dressings, under the guidance of consultants and nurses.
  • Conduct pre-assessment interviews, both in-person and over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Qualification with an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant field.
  • Relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting, preferably in a similar role.
