We are seeking a Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team at ESP. This role is focused on developing and executing strategies to grow existing client relationships and drive new business opportunities. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client account strategy development and execution
  • Sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Collaboration with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences

The estimated annual salary for this position is up to £70,000 plus double on-target earnings. We believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees' contributions to our success.

Requirements:

  • Direct sales experience in IT consulting or cloud computing
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a related field
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
