Job Title: Graduate Valuation Surveyor

Christie & Co is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Valuation Surveyor to join our team. As a Graduate Valuation Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the Retail Valuations Director with the day-to-day management of Valuation Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with on-site surveys, including property inspections and measurements.
  • Work towards the completion of APC to include Level 3 (L3) Valuation.
  • Support the development of Christie & Co's corporate image and perception by demonstrating quality, consistency, and reliability.
  • Comply with company policies regarding Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Environmental Impact.
Requirements:
  • RICS Accredited property degree.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Report writing skills.
