- Coordinate the delivery of high-quality training and assessment programmes to engineering apprentices.
- Work closely with employers and learners to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of learner progress and attainment.
- Contribute to the development of new training programmes and materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective programme delivery.
Requirements:

- Accredited qualification in Literacy, Numeracy, and ICT at Level 2.
- Level 2 Engineering qualification relevant to the teaching discipline.
- L3 Assessor Award qualification or willingness to work towards it.
- IOSH qualification.
- Knowledge of theory and practical skills in engineering equipment, machinery, and materials.
