We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Apprenticeship Innovation Ambassador Co-ordinator, joining our team at Trafford and Stockport College Group. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on businesses and individuals across the region.

As an Apprenticeship Innovation Ambassador Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the GM Innovation Programme, working closely with employers to develop innovative training resources and promote apprenticeship opportunities.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2025, with a salary of £30,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be based at Trafford and Stockport College Group, working closely with our team to deliver innovative solutions that drive business transformation in Greater Manchester.

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and support awareness-raising activities of the FE Innovation Fund across the local business ecosystem.
  2. Support the engagement of appropriate apprentices working across our employer partners.
  3. Contribute towards development and testing of an innovative training resource for apprentices to become 'Apprentice Innovation Ambassadors.'
  4. Contribute towards development and delivery of a CPD programme on 'Innovation Literacy' for apprentices.
  5. Support completion of project-related monitoring, evaluation, impact, and evidence gathering requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship programs and education providers in Greater Manchester.
