About the Role

Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people.

We are seeking a warm, positive, and enthusiastic Relief Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities in Dudley.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with service users and build trusting therapeutic relationships
  • Work with individuals to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills
  • Visit service users in their own homes or in other settings as part of a structured approach
  • Offer respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate
