About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of clinical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality care. As a Speech Pathologist with Better Rehab, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, and delivering interventions to participants with a range of communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address participants' goals and needs
  • Deliver high-quality interventions to participants, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for participants
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services

  • 18+ months of clinical experience
