About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Hill Mcglynn Recruitment team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, ensuring efficient task completion, and providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues. Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the reception area and staff to facilitate effective communication.
* Maintaining office areas, equipment, and facilities to the highest standard.
* Collaborating with IT, phone, and building personnel as required.

Key Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
