Role Overview

As a key member of the Louma team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our on-site team. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest interactions and facilitate effective communication to ensure a seamless stay
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests
  • Oversee receptionist duties and maintain the front desk area to a high standard
  • Work closely with the hospitality team to ensure that all guest needs are met

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in 5-star guest relations or a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to problem-solve
  • Flexible and positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
