About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nutrition Support Professional to join our Community Dietetic Team in a fixed-term/secondment capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dietetic support and administrative assistance to the Community Dietetic Team, working closely with registered dietitians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in patient communication, group education, and community outreach.
