**Job Summary**

Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our client's finance team in Central London. As a key member of the team, you will provide financial, administrative, and accounts assistance to support the growth and success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process accounts payable, including invoicing and supplier statements, and maintain accurate cash flow records
* Monitor and respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary
* Prepare and update daily and weekly ticket sales reports, tracking key metrics and trends
* Collaborate with the Production Accounting Manager to analyze data and provide insights for new shows
* Reconcile company credit cards and ensure accurate financial records
