Recovery Navigator Role

**About the Role**

BRC is seeking a skilled Recovery Navigator to join our team. As a Recovery Navigator, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide guidance and advocacy to individuals in need
  • Offer practical assistance and support to empower individuals towards improved mental health and well-being
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and community partners

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in mental health or recovery support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of advocacy and support services
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental approach

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Relevant qualification in mental health, counselling, social work, or related field
  • Certification in mental health first aid or equivalent is advantageous
  • Additional training in trauma-informed care is desirable
