About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Aftersales Manager to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a key member of our Main Dealer Service Department in Burnley, you will be responsible for managing the front of house operation in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of well-performing Service Advisors
  • Provide the highest standards of customer service to every customer
  • Work closely with the Aftersales Manager to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
  • Previous motor trade experience is essential
  • At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade as a senior Service Advisor or Service Team Manager
  • Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is preferable but not essential
