Nursery Manager Position

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of staff members, ensuring the smooth operation of daily practices and adherence to nursery policies.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Care for children's physical, emotional, and educational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of child development, incidents, and risk assessments.
- NVQ level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of EYFS Statutory Framework.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role.
