We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Land Surveyor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in land surveying.

About the Role

This role involves conducting surveys across the UK and overseas, working with a hardworking and successful team. You will learn and gain experience in conducting surveys, while also developing your skills in project management, business, and personal effectiveness.

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including airfield inspections and compliance surveys. Our team works collaboratively across the UK, and we are flexible about where you are based - London, Manchester, Croydon, or Wakefield offices. You will be required to work occasional night and weekend shifts, as well as travel to locations away from home.

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive excellent training and development opportunities, including our 2-year Graduate programme. This programme is designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your career.

Main Duties:

  • Supporting the principal surveyor in planning works
  • Undertaking large and small scale topographic surveys
  • Post processing surveys
  • Carrying out appropriate quality control checks
  • Effectively managing your site and office time to ensure projects meet budget expectations
