BMS Performance, a family-owned private business, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join their team. The company has an established presence in the UK and Ireland, with a growing sales team.

The successful candidate will inherit a very exciting and buoyant territory with some strong relationships in place. This presents a fantastic opportunity for a junior medical sales person or a B2B sales candidate looking to break into medical sales.

Salary Package

The basic salary is up to £42,000 per annum, with a bonus of 20% and a company car provided. Additional benefits include healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, and 25 days holiday plus statutory leave.

Job Description

The role involves selling premium quality woundcare products based upon clinical features and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of woundcare and the community setting in this region, with contact and a network of stakeholders.

You will be well trained on products with great coaching in the field, but a sales drive and good customer facing skills are a must. Self-autonomy is also essential, as you will be responsible for managing your own patch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A professional, driven, resilient and passionate junior medical sales person wanting a new challenge
  • A community nurse with some proven commercial/sales experience in the field
  • A B2B sales candidate with a proven track record of success in this region
  • A full driving licence and happy travelling daily to see customers
