Job Title: Payroll Assistant - Hybrid Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Assistant to join our team in Woolwich. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the payroll function for 100+ clients, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll calculations, liaising with HMRC, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll for 100+ clients, including weekly, fortnightly, and monthly calculations
  • Liaise with HMRC and other stakeholders
  • Communicate with clients and manage their expectations
Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll management, preferably in an accountancy practice
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of payroll software
  • Immediate availability, with a preference for candidates who can start immediately
About the Role:

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. The salary is £28,000-£30,000 per annum, with excellent benefits, including 23 days annual leave, Christmas shutdown, and a Christmas bonus.
