About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Production team at our Sefter site.

No experience? No Problem, all training provided.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Your duties will reflect your experience levels and may include working on the production lines, sorting and grading products for quality, setting up and monitoring production machinery and equipment, and assisting with all steps in the production process.

  • Working on the production lines
  • Wrapping and packaging
  • Sorting and grading for quality standard
  • Preparing various products for packaging and dispatch
  • Operation and monitoring of production line machinery
  • Packaging
  • Machine changeovers
  • Recording accurate production records
  • Short interval control
  • Operator supervision where applicable

  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills
