About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Production team at our Sefter site.

No experience? No problem We provide comprehensive training to ensure our new team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their role.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Your duties will reflect your experience levels, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and capabilities in a supportive and diverse environment.

Our Production Operators are the backbone of our business, underpinning the successful day-to-day production operations. We provide a supportive and diverse environment in which people can develop their skills and capabilities.

Responsibilities will include working on the production lines, sorting and grading products for quality, setting up and monitoring production machinery and equipment, and assisting with all steps in the production process.
