Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our complex needs team at Prospero Teaching. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of students with severe learning difficulties and complex needs.

The successful candidate will be working alongside a specialist team that provides expert support and resources to meet the diverse needs of pupils aged 11-18 years old. Our school has a proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for students with Autism, ADHD, and other co-occurring conditions.

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting teachers in lesson delivery and providing individualized support to students
  • Developing and implementing tailored learning plans to cater to students' unique needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with parents/guardians
