Job Title: Experienced Child Care Lawyer

Pardoes Solicitors is a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm that delivers expert legal advice with empathy and care. We are seeking an experienced Child Care Lawyer to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of our Family Department, who has been recognised as a named individual in The Legal 500. You will be based at our Bridgwater office, with opportunities for hybrid working and collaboration with our other offices in Taunton, West Bradley, and Yeovil.

Your key responsibilities will include building and managing a caseload of Child Care and Legal Aid work, providing expert representation and advice to clients, and undertaking your own advocacy. You will also assist with the delivery of training and development in the department and provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members.

We are looking for a committed team player with excellent networking and communication skills, who can successfully market the Company and generate new business. You will have significant experience of acting for clients in public/private children law matters, and be registered with the Law Society and Children Panel Membership will be desirable.
