- Support the Conference & Banqueting Manager in all aspects of event planning and execution
- Oversee the setup, coordination, and delivery of conferences and banquets
- Work closely with the hotel's departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in conference and banqueting, preferably in a hotel or events setting
- High level of customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
- Strong communication and organizational skills
