SSA Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading commercial landscape contractor operating on a national basis.
The company has a strong reputation for delivering award-winning schemes for local authorities and building contractors, with a turnover of £75m per annum.
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the hard landscaping industry to lead our London-based projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage various projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the design team and construction team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage site personnel, including supervision, quality control, and measurement.
- Oversee engineering procurement, including concrete and site bulk materials.
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Technical competence in setting out instruments and ability to manage site programmes and schedules.
- Excellent record-keeping skills and ability to deal with design issues.
- Thorough knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Project/Powerproject.
