Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Abbots Care Ltd. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our service users receive high-quality care and support. You will work closely with our operational team and field-based care assistants to deliver on our company values.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the care sector, preferably in a supervisory or management role. They will hold a full driving license and have access to their own vehicle. The ideal candidate will be approachable, caring, kind, self-motivated, and have strong attention to detail and communication skills.

The salary for this position is £27,934 per annum (£13.43 per hour), plus a car allowance. We also offer regular social events, paid development training, diploma/NVQ training from level 2 to level 5, and access to our Employee Wellbeing app & Employee Assistance Programme.

This role requires the ability to complete assessments with our service users, develop personalised care plans, and conduct audits to identify any changes in requirements. The successful candidate will also need to coach and mentor care assistants, attend new referrals, and advise service users on different care options available to them.
