Facilities Maintenance Specialist

The Environmental Operations Technician is responsible for performing facility cleaning and maintenance and material processing line work in a safe and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner according to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and all company policies and procedures.
- Respond to work orders for cleaning/painting, minor repairs.
- Clean facility grounds and equipment as scheduled or necessary.
This position requires the ability to work overtime and various shifts which may include occasional weekends.
Requirements and QualificationsThis role requires basic knowledge of equipment inspection, ability to communicate and document inspections, ability to work independently in a safe and efficient manner, and follow safety policies and procedures.
Additionally, this position may be exposed to significant truck and heavy equipment traffic.
