Millbank Holdings seeks an experienced Team Leader for a permanent opportunity at the forefront of innovative medical care solutions. With a strong track record in leading and motivating teams, you will drive the leadership and direction of our UK Limited compounding centre.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our talented team of process specialists, and we need an experienced Team Leader to develop the compounding centre internally, build relationships, and lead our operational team to deliver high-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively. Your duties will include:
  • Providing leadership and direction to facilitate management of the UK Limited compounding centre.
  • Developing the compounding centre in line with company policy, building relationships, and ensuring staff competence.
  • Leading and motivating the operational team, recruiting, engaging, and training staff to agreed levels of competence.
  • Carrying out performance data analysis and communicating with all staff.
  • Contributing to future development and roll-out of company strategy as an individual and representative.


This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Team Leader to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of Millbank Holdings. If you have a background in aseptic, pharmaceutical, or medical devices, this could be the ideal position for you. You will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
