At Hertfordshire Care Providers Association, we are seeking a skilled Leadership Trainer to join our team.



The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving leadership in care and a strong background in education and training. As a Leadership Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, preparing, and delivering high-quality training courses to meet the needs of our members.



Key responsibilities will include working with our management team to understand the needs of learners and creating development plans to address both short- and long-term requirements. You will also be responsible for delivering care and leadership level training courses to meet quality assurance requirements and taking responsibility for guiding learners through the training process.



We are looking for a candidate who is adaptable, with the ability to travel around Hertfordshire and deliver training at various venues. If you have a strong background in education and training, a Certificate in Education and Training, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
