Job Description

Technical Integration Specialist for a Leading Financial Services Client

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join our team at a leading financial services client. As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to integrations teams, handling tasks like BAU, new builds, and project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to integrations teams
  • Handle tasks like BAU, new builds, and project work
  • Be the point of escalation for customer issues
  • Work closely with local and centralised support teams to ensure deadlines and compliance are met

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Linux OS (Debian 11, Ubuntu 24)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments
  • Experience with web servers like IIS, Apache, and Nginx
  • Understanding of SSL certificates and virtual server platforms
  • Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra)
  • Proven 3rd Line Support experience
