Technical Integration Specialist for a Leading Financial Services Client

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Specialist to join our team at a pioneering company in biometric security within the banking and financial payments industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide expert technical support to integrations teams
* Handle tasks like BAU, new builds, and project work
* Escalate customer issues and work closely with local and centralised support teams to ensure deadlines and compliance are met

**Requirements:**

* Strong experience with Linux OS (Debian 11, Ubuntu 24
* Knowledge of Windows Server environments
* Experience with web servers like IIS, Apache, and Nginx
* Understanding of SSL certificates and virtual server platforms
* Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra)
* Proven 3rd Line Support experience
