About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at JAM IT Consultancy Ltd. As a Data Scientist, you will develop sophisticated algorithms and predictive models, leveraging mathematical and statistical methods to advance our mission-critical communication solutions.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop complex predictive models using Python and R, including libraries like Numpy, Pandas, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Work closely with DevOps and software development teams to ensure seamless integration of your models into our clients' software.
• Conduct research to develop prototypes and proof of concepts for new applications.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to validate builds ready for launch.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM subject, preferably from a Russell Group University.
• Strong mathematical and statistical background, with expertise in Python and R.
• Demonstrable experience in data science and developing predictive models.
• Experience contributing to a software project/product, with knowledge of databases and source control (Git).

What We Offer
Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
