Internal Sales and Account Manager

A dynamic opportunity has emerged for a skilled Internal Sales Executive to contribute to the success of this national distributor of construction products. This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and business development responsibilities, ideal for a motivated individual seeking to advance their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximizing sales growth within the branch and surrounding area through effective customer engagement and relationship building
- Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and developing strategies to drive business expansion
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including dormant and lapsed accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering product advice and delivery information
- Issuing quotations in response to customer requests and maintaining accurate sales administration records
- Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in internal sales and customer service within a sales environment
- Exceptional sales and relationship building skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
