We're seeking an experienced Strategic Investor Relations and Business Development Lead to join our team. This role will play a critical part in driving growth and success by implementing strategies and overseeing key projects.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted strategic partner to our leadership team, enabling them to drive change and make decisions at pace. This means being a team player, getting involved in core IR activity, and building strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Strategy and Investor Relations Officer and their Leadership Team (LT).
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory guidance, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive the annual strategic planning review process with the team.
  • Ensure Investor Relations activity is completed to a high standard, including supporting the preparation of content for external results announcements and investor relations roadshow planning and coordination.
  • Review supporting material for announcements, presentations, investor packs, annual reports, press releases, etc.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current or recent experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), External Reporting, Equity Research (covering insurance), Investor Relations, or Strategy within the Insurance sector.
  • Analytical skills to gather and summarise data, as well as find solutions to project challenges.
  • Discretion, tact, and assertiveness, with the ability to influence and manage relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive and self-led, with the personal resilience to work under conflicting priorities and pressures.

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

This role will be based in central London, minutes away from Bank Station, with an expectation to be office-based c.3-4 days per week.
