About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Apleona. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for estimating and managing small projects in our Facilities Management department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate and manage small projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Analyse data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in operations management, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
