Clear Automotive is an expert within the accident repair market and due to exponential growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Bodyshop Manager.

As a successful repair site manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of experienced technicians. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Health and Safety management, performance management, financial control, customer service delivery, and target setting.
    • Leading direct reports and all site employees through strong leadership.
    • Understanding business needs, accounts, reports, and KPIs.
    • Maintaining high individual productive performance to minimize non-productive time.

We offer a rare opportunity to join a business with a very low staff turnover.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around ££60,000 - ££80,000 depending on experience.
