Head Housekeeper Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to join our team at The Northallerton Inn, part of The Inn Collection Group. As a Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the cleaning of all rooms to our high standards
  • Ensure all public areas are presented in their best light - clean and welcoming
  • Report any maintenance issues to maintain our high standards
  • Follow guidelines to ensure everyone's safety
  • Work as part of the wider team to create memorable visits
  • Manage stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies
  • Train new and existing members of the housekeeping team

  • Be friendly, with a good eye for detail
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure
  • React to guest requests so that we exceed expectations
  • Work as part of the Housekeeping team
  • Be able to work mornings through to mid-afternoon shifts as standard
  • Be punctual, well turned out, and conscientious
