Head Housekeeper - The Northallerton Inn

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team at The Northallerton Inn, a charming country pub with rooms in the heart of Northallerton.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, able to motivate and guide our Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the cleaning of all rooms to the highest standards
  • Ensuring all public areas are presented in a clean and welcoming manner
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to maintain our high standards
  • Following guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and staff
  • Training new and existing team members to maintain our high standards

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly and approachable, with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations
