Role Overview
">We are seeking an Academic Writing Lecturer to join our team at Lincoln College. As a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive learning environment and providing exceptional teaching and assessment across FE, apprenticeship, and HE programmes.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Design and deliver high-quality teaching and assessment materials that cater to the needs of diverse students
- Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance
Requirements
">- PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in teaching and assessing FE, apprenticeship, and HE programmes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
