- Technical Support: Offer technical support to clients, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure up-to-date information on client accounts, adhering to company standards and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
