Role Overview

This corporate administrator position involves providing administrative support to our team of corporate advisers. The ideal candidate will be a point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and handling various tasks.

The successful candidate will work with one to three corporate consultants, depending on their revenue production and client profile. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to instil confidence in clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing relevant paperwork for clients, including quotations and announcement packs.
  • Processing new business documentation in accordance with regulatory and operational processes.
  • Responding to queries from clients, colleagues, and product providers in a timely and effective manner.
