Hospitality Host

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Hospitality Host. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

About the Role:

• Provide exceptional service to customers, exceeding their expectations at every turn
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings, making tailored recommendations to enhance the dining experience
• Greet, serve food and beverages, and provide attentive care to customers during their visit
• Collaborate with the bar team to prepare drinks according to our high standards and customer preferences
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized front-of-house environment, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
