Senior Service Coordinator

as a number of service users have foam mattresses and may display challenging behaviour. You will be responsible for ensuring that we provide high-quality support that is tailored to the individual needs of each person in our care. In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that promote independence, autonomy and personal growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with people who have complex needs, including those with autism and learning disabilities. They will also have a strong understanding of how to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to communicate effectively with people who have varying levels of communication skills and to adapt their approach to meet the needs of each individual.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including life assurance, pension scheme and 28 days annual leave. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
