**About the Role**

We are seeking motivated practitioners with initiative and drive who are keen to contribute to the further development of our integrated children's health service.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Work closely with Children's Services (Children's Centres, Early Help, Social Care, and Family Hubs) to improve outcomes and reduce health inequalities for children, young people, and their families.
  • Provide a comprehensive package of care to ensure that children achieve their full potential.
  • Deliver the Live Healthy Child Programme and promote public health advocacy.
  • Work autonomously and as part of an integrated skill mix team.
  • Develop excellent communication skills and experience working in partnership across organisational boundaries.
**What We Offer**

We provide regular one-to-one supervision, safeguarding supervision, and team meetings to support practice and professional development.

Our training is of a high standard, and we offer opportunities to pursue individual professional goals, such as becoming a breastfeeding, mental health, or autism champion.

Our preceptorship programme supports newly qualified practitioners, and career progression opportunities are available through the G9 and G10 pay-scales.
